I have ScoreCard 4.0 and am trying to load the software on Windows 7 computer. I get a dialog box indicating the software in not compatable with my computer and that I many need 32 bit or 64 bit encryption.
I'am using ScoreCard 4.0 on Windows 7, 8 & 10 with no problem just copy the directory and all files to the new PC, The CD will not run for a fresh install. My directory > GDSC40, just copy it and all sub files & folders.
I've recently encountered a problem when attempting to back up my data. It always backed up to a flash drive with no problems but now whenever I attempt a backup, I get a message that the target drive does not contain enough free space to begin the backup. I know that every drive I have tried has much more space than it is necessary for this operation. Anyone have ideas how to fix this?
Apparently, Golf Digest ScoreCard is a 16-bit program. It will run on 32-bit PCs but not on 64-bit PCs. My new portable computer is a 64-bit machine. Are there any suggestions?
Concerning the problem of the Handicap Reports not reporting the correct handicaps. The program date is in the format 19/03'13. The program is reading only the last digit, 3 and then reports the information from 2003. If you enter 19/03'99 you get information for 1999.
To get the information for 2013, enter the date as 19/0313. NO quote. The handicaps will be reported correctly.
Hope this Helps.
